Quick response time and an amazing job done cleaning the coop! The girls enjoyed the classical music while the cleaning was in progress.

Will definitely have Joanna back!

Choose What's Right for Your Flock:

Standard Coop Clean

  • Remove soiled bedding + droppings from coop floor and roost areas

  • Scrape/sweep surfaces and corners (where moisture and mites hide)

  • Replace bedding (client-supplied or add-on)

  • Refresh nesting boxes (remove soiled material; replace as needed, nesting box herbs if desired)

  • Clean and refill waterers/feeders (if water is accessible)

  • Quick safety check: latches, wire, gaps, sharp edges, and obvious predator vulnerabilities

  • Before and after photos, a short recap of what we did, and what we noticed

Deep Clean

  • For coops that haven’t been cleaned in a while—or seasonal resets.(We’ll tell you in advance if your coop looks like it needs deep-clean time, but generally if it has been over 6 weeks since the last cleaning the coop should receive a deep clean)

  • More detailed scraping and cleaning of built-up areas

  • Focus on ammonia odor sources and moisture hotspots

  • Extra time on roost bars, nesting areas, and ventilation zones

  • Nesting herbs refresh (lavender/calendula/clover blends, if desired)

  • Recommendations for improving airflow and cleanliness long-term

Maintenance & Small Fixes

Because clean doesn’t matter if the coop isn’t secure.

  • Tighten/adjust latches and doors

  • Patch or reinforce small sections of hardware cloth (materials will be billed separately)

  • Secure loose panels, hinges, or fasteners

  • Identify problem areas for larger repairs (and suggest next steps)

Add-Ons

  • Bedding supply + swap

  • Run tidy-up (raking, spot cleaning, reorganizing)

  • Winterizing (draft control, wind barriers, 4 mil plastic sheeting install)

  • Scheduled maintenance plan (monthly or seasonal)
